We’re not your typical grocery store, so we get lots of questions about it. Some more than others. Below you will find the most commonly asked questions we get. And the answers to them too.
Why don’t you carry this item? Can you get it?
We can carry or order a product if we can find a distributor, it meets our quality standards, if we think it will be a good fit for our store, and that the demand will be sufficient.
If those criteria are met, then we may be able to accommodate it on our shelves.
If not, we will be happy to special order it for you provided we can get it from our distributors.
Some items will be able to be ordered individually, but many will need to be purchased by the case, in which case, we offer a 10% discount on your order. Except for baby food and diapers.
Why is the price wrong?
As a small grocery store, we occasionally experience a small gap between when we update a price and when the shelf tag is updated. If the price on the shelf is different than the one in our point of sale, please inform your cashier so they may confirm the difference and honor the lower price.
Do you have public restrooms?
Yes. We have two, water wise, energy efficient and handicap accessible restrooms available for our customers. Each is also equipped with changing stations for your little ones.
You will, however, need to get a token to get in. They are readily available at any one of The Marketplace vendors.
